Key Responsibilities:
- Holding high levels of professionalism and Deel product knowledge.
- Using a consultative and empathetic approach in delivering customer support resulting in a positive customer experience.
- Efficiently work through tickets via voice calls, live chats, email, and social media channels.
- Demonstrate strong ownership in issue resolution by providing best efforts to investigate, share knowledge, and communicate clearly with all customers.
- Continually learn the Deel platform, keeping up to date with product features and changes.
- Open communication with internal team members and business operations to help optimize and support workflows.
- Specialize in different account topics and become a subject matter expert.
- Communicating with customers through various channels (includes, but not limited to chat, email, phone, hangouts, etc.).
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Deliver efficient troubleshooting and query resolution.
- Identify, qualify, and overcome customer objections.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage and exceed multiple performance-related targets.
- Participate in ongoing product training and process upskilling.
Experience and skills required:
- Preferred experience in BPO, Call Centres, or Customer Facing Teams.
- Ability to work across multiple platforms, providing customer support using voice calls, live chats, email, and social media.
- Fluent in written and verbal English communication skills.
- Have an “Outcome-oriented mindset” with the quick ability to research and investigate.
- Demonstrated high ability in providing customer satisfaction through empathy and problem-solving.
- Have previously embraced remote work, capable of working independently, and self-motivated.
- Experience working within a Global SaaS company would be highly regarded.
- Zendesk experience is preferred.
- Participate in ongoing product training and process upskilling.
- Use initiative in identifying trends and/or process improvements.
- Being adherent and flexible to internal processes and procedures.
- Being open-minded and willing to accept feedback, whether positive or constructive.
- Demonstrate exceptional proactiveness, seamlessly collaborate with team members, and take full ownership of tasks to drive efficient and successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with the direct manager to resolve customer escalations within the agreed timeline. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- This is a Contractor position. The contractor may be requested to provide their services during non-core business hours throughout the week, including during evenings.

About This Role
In the last 5 years, Deel has grown to over tens of thousands of global customers, and is still expanding rapidly. During this time, Deel has grown from a contractor management product to a full-fledged HR platform, including a payroll management system, HRIS and EOR services. To drive growth within the existing customers, Deel is building a customer marketing organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customer marketing leadership in setting the strategy, and driving the right decisions within this key function.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research of keywords, trends, and content gaps to identify content ideas, working with SEO manager
- Plan and maintain a content schedule
- Create cornerstone and enablement content, including blog posts, e-books, guides, infographics, white papers, courses, case studies, and more
- Create landing page and email copy to support content marketing campaigns
- Assist in developing and executing content strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive conversions, suggesting new ideas to improve effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives and meets the needs of various departments
- Work with external contributors on content creation, owning planning, briefing, reviewing, and publishing content
- Work across different teams on content distribution (social media, comms, lifecycle, etc.)
- Create quality content tailored to different personas and stages of the buyer's journey across the product suite, with minimal guidance and support
- Track, analyze, and optimize the traffic and engagement performance to meet marketing goals
Requirements:
- Ability to write engaging and compelling content
- Good understanding of SEO principles and the ability to make informed content ideas
- Minimum of 3 years in content creation roles, preferably product-led content
- Comfortable writing about payroll, compliance, legal, HR, or similar topics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the department
- Demonstrated success in creating engaging, quality content that drives conversions
- Experience working in HR or Fintech companies is a plus
- Previous experience in coordinating content creation through external contributors
- Successful experience working in a remote and distributed team
- Native or near-native English speaker

The Team
The Product Analytics team, part of the larger Data Team, comprises 25 members spanning 11 countries. We support over 100 product teams and, in 2024, guided the launch of 1,000 product releases.
This role is within the Contracts Data Unit—a tight-knit team of 6, including analysts, analytics engineers, and an analytics manager—now seeking a new analyst to report to our Lead Analyst.
Our mission?
To measure and optimise contract-related product features for a seamless customer experience. The Contracts Unit is pivotal to Data Analytics, impacting revenue, operations, sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction. We prioritise collaboration across data teams and the broader business to build a scalable, consistent analytics structure that supports growth while keeping client satisfaction at the forefront.
Duties
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis to collaborate closely with Product Managers, Operations, and Development teams. Your primary goal will be to generate actionable insights that drive product strategy and optimize performance within Deel's Employer of Record (EOR) vertical. Your responsibilities will include:
- Insight Generation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address various challenges, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform product development and strategy.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee the performance of product features and releases by defining baselines and success metrics. Provide recommendations for optimization based on thorough analysis.
- Domain Expertise Development: Develop deep domain knowledge in your dedicated product areas to proactively derive meaningful recommendations and insights that drive product strategy.
- A/B Testing: Assist in the design and evaluation of A/B tests aimed at enhancing customer journeys and improving user experience.
- Data Visualization: Develop user-friendly dashboards and high-quality data visualizations that drive actions and support decision-making processes.
- Data Exploration: Explore large and complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that support strategic initiatives.
- Data Modeling: Collaborate with Analytics Engineers to build data models in dbt, ensuring clean data structures and key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics or equivalent degree
- 3+ years’ experience in data analytics
- Hands on experience in LookML (Looker)
- Solid experience with Data Modelling (DBT)
- Strong strategic vision and business mindset.
- Demonstrable interest in and knowledge of HR services topics is highly relevant.
- Proactive, organized, and obsessed with detail.
