Specialist – ESP (Artificial Lift Systems)

Responsibilities:

• Execute operations of ESP equipment and surface equipment in the field, fully complying with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards across various client fields.
• As an Artificial Lift Systems Field Specialist, you will participate in all technical events, including supporting the BH contract engineering team.
• Responsible for installing, running, inspecting, modifying, and repairing pumps, motors, cables, and relevant downhole equipment at the contractor's base, making surface connections, and operating ESP equipment to the company’s satisfaction.
• Carry out all pre-commissioning checks and tests to ensure successful startup and continuous operation of the ESP equipment.

2- Senior Field Specialist – Wireline

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and support for multiple customer projects.
• Develop solutions for problems encountered at the wellsite requiring analysis of a variety of factors.
• Supervise the training of less experienced engineers and personnel.
• Collaborate with the customer representative and the drilling crew on location to coordinate operations with the rig or production facility.
• Provide a record of all assemblies as run to the customer representative at the wellsite.
• Advise the customer representative on logging and completions operations; interpret logging data, troubleshoot, and provide wellsite analysis and decision-making.
• Supervise the crew and equipment at the wellsite and shop to deliver specific logging and completions services.

3- Account Manager – Bently Nevada

Responsibilities:

• Manage the annual orders plan for the assigned territory, meeting quarterly and annual orders commitments and sales metrics such as cash and receivables.
• Build customer relationships at different levels for business development and sales purposes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical instructions and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance at customer sites.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable product line warranties and manage warranty administration effectively.
• Plan and/or deliver both internal and external training programs as required, passing on and expanding field engineering and product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the customer shipping and expediting team to process customs duty exemption for DAP shipments or duty payment endorsements as needed.
• Receive, inspect, and allocate all orders for proper integration to the customer warehouse (e.g., outage parts, ops orders, extra work/project parts).
• Initiate zero-value POs and write-on documents for parts.
• Process material number creation for new parts.
• Update customers on part supersessions, replacements, or obsolescence.
• Ensure correct labeling of capital parts before warehouse integration.
• Perform inventory quality checks to ensure accuracy.

• Handle mechanical inspections of gas turbines' major auxiliaries per GE recommended procedures (e.g., level inspection, GG swap, etc.).
• Handle pre-commissioning and commissioning of oil systems, starting systems, fuel gas systems, and air systems.
• Assist the buyer with regular reviews of maintenance activities.
• Discuss any mechanical-related NICs/TILs with the buyer; plan and implement any recommendations.
• Respond to the buyer's technical inquiries using GE's technical support services.
• Maintain a documented history of all mechanical modifications for the covered units.

• Provide planning for the job, including instructions to the crew and equipment.
