We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in financial management, reporting, and compliance within a growing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and project profitability analysis.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and banking activities.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor project costs and variances.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s tax laws, including VAT filings.
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Keep updated on local financial regulations and standards.
- Track project expenses, progress billings, and revenue recognition.
- Provide financial advice to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting, preferably in the construction industry in Qatar.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, ERP systems) and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Qatar’s taxation laws and financial regulations.
- Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

نبحث عن محاسب / مدير مالي ذو مهارات عالية وخبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في قطاع البناء. هذه فرصة رائعة للعب دور محوري في إدارة التقارير المالية والامتثال في قطاع يتزايد نموه.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إعداد البيانات المالية وتقارير الإدارة وتحليل ربحية المشاريع.
- الإشراف على الحسابات الدائنة والمدفوعة والرواتب والنشاطات المصرفية.
- إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات والتقارير المالية.
- متابعة تكاليف المشاريع والفروق.
- ضمان الامتثال لقوانين الضرائب في قطر، بما في ذلك تقديم إقرارات ضريبة القيمة المضافة.
- التنسيق مع المدققين والسلطات التنظيمية.
- متابعة التغيرات في الأنظمة المالية المحلية والمعايير.
- متابعة نفقات المشاريع، والفواتير المستحقة، واعتراف الإيرادات.
- تقديم المشورة المالية لدعم القرارات الاستراتيجية.
المؤهلات:
- التعليم: درجة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الخبرة: 5 سنوات على الأقل في المحاسبة، ويفضل في قطاع البناء في قطر.
- المهارات: إتقان برامج المحاسبة (QuickBooks، Tally، نظم ERP) وبرامج MS Office (خاصة Excel).
- المعرفة: إلمام بقوانين الضرائب في قطر والتنظيمات المالية.
- اللغة: الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية (معرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية).
