We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Software Development Team Leader. This role will involve managing a team dedicated to developing package software applications. You will collaborate with senior management, oversee project execution, allocate resources, and ensure the timely delivery of software solutions. You will also be providing technical assistance to your team and ensuring the maintenance of coding standards.

Essential Job Functions
- Assist in managing a team responsible for package software application development
- Support project execution and resource allocation
- Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives
- Contribute to the timely delivery of software solutions
- Provide technical assistance to team members
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
- Coordinate communication within the team and with other departments
- Help identify and resolve project challenges
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
- Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
- Technical knowledge in package applications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Other Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training a plus

- عادةً ما تكون الخبرة العملية في الصناعة 6 سنوات أو أكثر، مع حد أدنى من سنتين في دور مماثل
- إجادة لغة برمجة واحدة أو أكثر ومنهجيات التطوير
