Integrated Automated Fare Collection Expert About the Job

An AFC system expert with 12-15 years of experience in transport projects, operations, and testing, preferably in the GCC region. The role requires knowledge and understanding of AFC systems level 0-4, CCHS, Payment Gateway EMV, Mobile Application, ABT, CBT, and QR code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team management and vendor management.
• Lab management, installation, and providing training to clients.
• Writing and reviewing test cases based on business requirements.
• Reviewing system integration reports and writing test strategies and plans.
• Finalizing test reports for various transport-related systems.
• Managing system testing and implementation of integrated ticketing and fare payment solutions for various modes of transport, including Metro, Trams, Buses, Taxis, Ferries, and Retail payments.
• Managing CCHS integration and EMV open-loop level 3 certification for both transit and non-transit payment solutions for payment schemes like Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Amex, and UnionPay.
• Experience in Account-Based Ticketing, Card-Based Ticketing, Open/Close loop, QR code payments, Mobile Application, and Web Application payments.

Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in MS Access, Jira tool, IBM Cognos, Quality Management Suite, CRM (Dynamics 365), VCC (Voxtron communication center).
• In-depth knowledge of AFC systems, payment solutions, and their integration with various transport modes and payment schemes.

خبير جمع التعرفة الآلي المتكامل عن الوظيفة

خبير في نظام AFC مع خبرة تتراوح بين 12-15 سنة في مشاريع النقل/العمليات/الاختبار، ويفضل في منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. يتطلب هذا الدور معرفة وفهم لأنظمة AFC من المستوى 0-4، CCHS، بوابة الدفع EMV، التطبيقات المحمولة، ABT، CBT، ورمز الاستجابة السريعة (QR).

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إدارة الفريق وإدارة الموردين.
• إدارة المختبرات، التثبيت، وتقديم التدريب للعملاء.
• كتابة ومراجعة حالات الاختبار بناءً على متطلبات الأعمال.
• مراجعة تقارير تكامل الأنظمة وكتابة استراتيجيات وخطط الاختبار.
• إعداد تقارير الاختبار النهائية للأنظمة المتعلقة بوسائل النقل المختلفة.
• إدارة اختبار النظام وتنفيذ حلول تذاكر الدفع المتكاملة لوسائل النقل المختلفة، بما في ذلك المترو، الترام، الحافلات، سيارات الأجرة، العبارات والمدفوعات بالتجزئة.
• إدارة تكامل CCHS وشهادة EMV المفتوحة المستوى 3 لحلول الدفع لوسائل النقل وغير وسائل النقل لمخططات الدفع مثل Mastercard وVisa وJCB وAmex وUnionPay.
• خبرة في التذاكر القائمة على الحساب، التذاكر القائمة على البطاقة، الدائرة المفتوحة/المغلقة، مدفوعات رمز الاستجابة السريعة (QR)، المدفوعات عبر التطبيقات المحمولة وتطبيقات الويب.

المهارات والخبرة:

• إتقان MS Access، أداة Jira، IBM Cognos، مجموعة إدارة الجودة، CRM (Dynamics 365)، VCC (مركز الاتصال Voxtron).
• معرفة عميقة بأنظمة AFC، حلول الدفع وتكاملها مع وسائل النقل المختلفة ومخططات الدفع.
