2. Sr. Marine Service Engineer
How You Will Do It:
- Handle all marine & offshore service-related jobs in Qatar and other regions, solely based in Qatar.
- Provide technical support to both technicians and customers across a large geographic area.
- Focus on the design, commissioning, inspection, and troubleshooting of complex systems under time constraints and in compliance with defined processes, service agreements, and customer needs.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for technical installations and servicing issues. You will represent Johnson Controls at the customer site.
- Manage complicated customer requests and calls, troubleshooting high-level issues.
- Develop excellent customer relationships, document equipment status, and provide proactive feedback.
- Lead and mentor less-experienced technicians on-site and supervise complex tasks.
- Guide the diagnosis and repair of system issues, requiring specific technical expertise and certifications.
- Provide technical guidance to customers and operational management, and collaborate with the engineering team when needed.
- Install, start-up, and commission systems per established guidelines, procedures, and standards.
- Analyze and understand technical documentation such as electrical schemes, fluid schemes, and piping diagrams, while also providing training and coaching to technicians.
- Communicate regularly with customers to understand operational issues and needs, and document all services and improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Marine)
- Relevant qualifications in HVAC & Refrigeration
- 10-15 years of experience in Marine & Offshore HVACR industry
- Expert knowledge of complex products and advanced systems, including third-party system integration
- Extensive hands-on experience in compressor overhauling, troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning of relay-based and PLC-based control panels
- Ability to maintain and improve technical proficiency in Johnson Controls products
- Excellent technical and communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English is necessary, Hindi or other languages are an advantage
- Prior experience in Fire Detection, Fire Suppression, and CCTV systems is a plus
- A valid driving license is preferred

2. مهندس خدمات بحرية أول
كيفية أداؤك للعمل:

- خبرة من 10-15 سنة في صناعة HVACR البحرية والبحرية
- مهارات متقدمة في صيانة وتشغيل الأنظمة المعقدة
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين الإنجليزية والهندية (أو أي لغة إضافية تعتبر ميزة)
