Job Details
We are seeking to hire:
- 1 Senior Cost Controller
- 1 Cost Controller
- 1 Storekeeper

Senior/Cost Controller – Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Cost Controller, specifically in the restaurant industry in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge in menu costing and engineering.
- Proficient in yield testing and data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a relevant field is preferred.
- Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID and NOC.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills is essential.
Storekeeper – Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Previous experience as a Storekeeper specifically in restaurants.
- Knowledge of POS operations and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a relevant field is preferred.
- Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID and NOC.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills is essential.
- Knowledge of stock management practices such as FIFO (First In First Out).
- Immediate availability to join the team.

مراقب تكاليف كبير / مراقب تكاليف – المؤهلات والمسؤوليات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات كمراقب تكاليف، مع التركيز على صناعة المطاعم في قطر.
- معرفة قوية في تقدير التكاليف والهندسة الخاصة بالقوائم.
- إتقان اختبار العوائد وتحليل البيانات.
- درجة بكالوريوس في المالية أو مجال ذي صلة مفضل.
- يجب أن يكون المتقدم متاحًا محليًا في قطر ولديه بطاقة هوية قطرية سارية ونموذج الموافقة (NOC).
- إتقان مهارات Microsoft Office أمر ضروري.
أمين المخزن – المؤهلات والمسؤوليات
- خبرة سابقة كأمين مخزن في مطاعم فقط.
- معرفة في تشغيل أنظمة نقطة البيع (POS).
- درجة بكالوريوس في المالية أو مجال ذي صلة مفضل.
- يجب أن يكون المتقدم متاحًا محليًا في قطر ولديه بطاقة هوية قطرية سارية ونموذج الموافقة (NOC).
- إتقان مهارات Microsoft Office أمر ضروري.
- معرفة في إدارة المخزون (FIFO).
- القدرة على الانضمام فورًا.
