Job Details
As the Head of Legal CU Gulf, you will oversee all legal matters within the assigned territory, ensuring that our legal operations align with Ericsson’s strategic goals. You will also be responsible for Business Development in the Mission Critical & Enterprise practice group. Reporting directly to the Regional General Counsel – Head of Legal MMEA, you will manage and lead a team of two attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal support for all matters within the Gulf region.
- Lead and guide a team of attorneys to ensure high-quality legal services.
- Develop and implement strategies that align legal operations with Ericsson’s growth plans.
- Oversee legal aspects of Business Development for Mission Critical & Enterprise sectors.
- Act as the "Glue" across the organization, promoting transparency and constructive challenges.
- Protect and uphold Ericsson's company value, brand, and reputation through legal expertise.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure legal compliance and support business development efforts.
- Manage external legal partners and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior legal leadership role, preferably within the telecom or technology sector.
- Strong expertise in business development, legal compliance, and corporate governance.
- Ability to drive change and value creation through legal strategies.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in managing and mentoring legal teams.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex legal challenges.

تفاصيل الوظيفة
كـ رئيس الشؤون القانونية CU الخليج، ستكون مسؤولاً عن جميع القضايا القانونية في المنطقة المحددة، وضمان أن تتماشى عملياتنا القانونية مع أهداف إريكسون الاستراتيجية. ستكون أيضًا مسؤولاً عن تطوير الأعمال في مجموعة القطاعات الحيوية والحرجة في ممارسات الأعمال. ستتبع مباشرة المستشار العام الإقليمي - رئيس الشؤون القانونية MMEA وتقود فريقًا مكونًا من محاميين.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تقديم الدعم القانوني الشامل لجميع القضايا في منطقة الخليج.
- قيادة وإرشاد فريق من المحاميين لضمان تقديم خدمات قانونية عالية الجودة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تتماشى مع خطط نمو إريكسون.
- الإشراف على الجوانب القانونية لتطوير الأعمال في قطاعات الأعمال الحيوية والحرجة.
- العمل كـ "حلقة وصل" عبر المنظمة، وتعزيز الشفافية والتحديات البناءة.
- حماية والحفاظ على قيمة الشركة وسمعتها من خلال الخبرة القانونية.
- التعاون عبر الأقسام لضمان الامتثال القانوني ودعم جهود تطوير الأعمال.
- إدارة الشركاء القانونيين الخارجيين لضمان الكفاءة والتكلفة الفعّالة.
المهارات والمؤهلات
- خبرة مثبتة في دور قيادي قانوني رفيع المستوى، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع الاتصالات أو التكنولوجيا.
- خبرة قوية في تطوير الأعمال، والامتثال القانوني، والحوكمة المؤسسية.
- القدرة على قيادة التغيير وخلق القيمة من خلال الاستراتيجيات القانونية.
- مهارات تواصل وقيادة استثنائية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ معرفة اللغة العربية أو لغات إقليمية أخرى ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة سابقة في إدارة وتوجيه فرق قانونية.
- القدرة على التفكير الاستراتيجي وحل التحديات القانونية المعقدة.
