Job Details
We are looking for a skilled Procurement Engineer – Electrical to manage the procurement of electrical components and services. You will play a key role in evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that the procurement process is smooth and cost-effective.
Responsibilities
- Supplier Management: Identify potential suppliers, conduct market research, and evaluate supplier capabilities, pricing, and quality.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and terms.
- Request for Proposals & Quotations: Prepare and issue requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for quotations (RFQs) to potential suppliers.
- Supplier Selection: Evaluate supplier proposals and select the most suitable suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery considerations.
- Procurement Process Management: Manage the procurement process, including issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
- Cost-saving Initiatives: Identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier consolidation, negotiation, or process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Relevant experience in procurement, specifically in the MEP industry.
- Must be locally available in Qatar and able to join immediately.

تفاصيل الوظيفة
نبحث عن مهندس مشتريات - كهربائي ماهر لإدارة شراء المكونات الكهربائية والخدمات. ستلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في تقييم الموردين، والتفاوض على العقود، وضمان سير عملية المشتريات بسلاسة وفعالية من حيث التكلفة.
المسؤوليات
- إدارة الموردين: تحديد الموردين المحتملين، إجراء أبحاث السوق، وتقييم قدرات الموردين، والأسعار، والجودة.
- التفاوض على العقود: التفاوض مع الموردين حول العقود والشروط والظروف لضمان الأسعار والشروط المواتية.
- إعداد طلبات العروض والعروض السعرية: إعداد وإصدار طلبات العروض (RFP) وطلب العروض السعرية (RFQ) للموردين المحتملين.
- اختيار الموردين: تقييم العروض المقدمة من الموردين واختيار الأنسب بناءً على التكلفة والجودة واعتبارات التسليم.
- إدارة عملية المشتريات: إدارة عملية المشتريات، بما في ذلك إصدار أوامر الشراء، تتبع عمليات التسليم، وضمان المدفوعات الدقيقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
