↔Planning Engineer - Join Our Team for Major Infrastructure Projects

We are looking for a Planning Engineer to support the planning, scheduling, and reporting of activities for large infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent implementation of all tasks related to planning and scheduling across the Programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning team in developing, updating, and implementing plans, procedures, standards, and systems for all planning and reporting tasks.
• Coordinate with the Supervision Consultant to maintain the work breakdown structure (WBS) for all projects.
• Work with the project team and supervision consultants to establish and maintain project baselines, schedule, and progress measurement systems consistently across all projects.
• Monitor and track the progress of multiple projects, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met.
• Perform Extension of Time (EOT) claim analysis as required.
• Use planning tools and techniques such as Primavera P6 and MS Office to schedule and report on project progress.

Skills and Competencies

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience in major infrastructure projects, particularly in drainage pipelines, wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, TSE pipelines, surface groundwater systems, underground services, and civil structures.
• Project Delivery: Demonstrable track record of delivering large multidisciplinary projects.
• Planning Tools: Proficient user of Primavera P6 and MS Office, with experience in risk management tools like Predict!.
• Contract Knowledge: Sound knowledge of various contract forms such as FIDIC.
• Collaboration: Strong ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Analysis & Process Management: Experience in planning analysis, managing processes, and risk management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on drainage, wastewater, and civil infrastructure projects.
• Background in Extension of Time (EOT) claim analysis.
• Knowledge of the latest planning tools and techniques.
• Experience working with consultants or client organizations.

• تسليم المشاريع: سجل حافل في تقديم المشاريع متعددة التخصصات الكبرى.
• أدوات التخطيط: إجادة استخدام Primavera P6 و MS Office، مع خبرة في أدوات إدارة المخاطر مثل Predict!.
• معرفة العقود: معرفة جيدة بأنواع العقود المختلفة مثل FIDIC.
• التعاون: القدرة على بناء علاقات فعالة مع الفرق الداخلية والمستفيدين الخارجيين.
• التحليل وإدارة العمليات: خبرة في التحليل التخطيطي وإدارة العمليات وإدارة المخاطر.

الخبرة المفضلة

• خلفية في تحليل مطالبات تمديد الوقت (EOT).
• معرفة بأحدث أدوات وتقنيات التخطيط.
