Job Title: Software Delivery and Lead Support Engineer
Location: Qatar
Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve technical support issues quickly and accurately.
• Perform log analysis, troubleshoot root causes, and implement fixes for system faults.
• Monitor system resources and anticipate potential issues, including JVM and TCP profiling.
• Manage multi-server environments, optimize performance, and provide detailed feedback to customers.
• Prepare performance reports and prioritize issues based on their impact.
• Handle fault prevention and provide timely customer support while adhering to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 5+ years of experience in Java EE web application development.
• Proficiency in technologies such as Servlets, JMS, ActiveMQ, and Tomcat Application Server.
• Skilled in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JSP, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• Experience with API integration, automated build processes, unit testing, and performance/load testing.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and designing scalable, high-performance applications.
• Strong expertise in object-oriented design, database design, and XML schema.

المسمى الوظيفي: مهندس دعم فني و تسليم البرمجيات
الموقع: قطر
المهام الوظيفية:

• إدارة وحل المشكلات التقنية بسرعة وبدقة.
• إجراء تحليل سجلات النظام، استكشاف الأسباب الجذرية، وتنفيذ الإصلاحات للأعطال.
• مراقبة موارد النظام وتوقع المشاكل المحتملة مثل تحليلات JVM و TCP.
• إدارة بيئات متعددة الخوادم، وتحسين الأداء، وتقديم تعليقات مفصلة للعملاء.
• إعداد تقارير الأداء وتحديد أولويات المشكلات بناءً على تأثيرها.
• معالجة الوقاية من الأعطال وتقديم الدعم للعملاء في الوقت المناسب وفقًا لاتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA).

الشروط

• درجة بكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر مع خبرة 5+ سنوات في تطوير تطبيقات Java EE.
• إلمام بتقنيات مثل Servlets، JMS، ActiveMQ، وخوادم التطبيقات Tomcat.
• مهارات في تقنيات الواجهة الأمامية مثل HTML5، CSS، JSP، JavaScript، AJAX، jQuery وقواعد البيانات العلائقية مثل PostgreSQL و SQL Server.
• خبرة في تكامل API، عمليات البناء الآلي، اختبار الوحدات، واختبارات الأداء / التحميل.
• دراية بمنهجيات Agile وتصميم التطبيقات القابلة للتوسع وعالية الأداء.
• خبرة قوية في تصميم الكائنات، تصميم قواعد البيانات، و XML schema.
