About the Role
The Data Analyst and Quality Assurance Lead is a dual-role position responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on students, staff, and parents, ensuring that all school programs, teaching practices, and operational processes meet quality standards. This role is essential in supporting data-driven decision-making and fostering continuous improvement across the school. You will collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to promote a culture of quality and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Management: Gather and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and security in databases.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze student, staff, and parent data to identify trends and achievement gaps, and create data visualizations for easy interpretation.
- Strategic Decision Support: Provide insights to support curriculum design, student interventions, resource allocation, staffing, and professional development.
- Quality Assurance & Monitoring: Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks for educational practices, safety, and administrative processes.
- Process Improvement & Continuous Development: Lead quality improvement initiatives and track progress toward school improvement goals.
- Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure compliance with regulations and assist with accreditation preparations and audits.
- Training & Support: Train staff on data systems, interpretation, and quality standards.
- Data-Driven Quality Assurance: Use data to assess the effectiveness of academic programs and operational processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in an educational setting.
- Experience in quality assurance or school improvement processes.
- Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of K-12 educational standards, school databases (e.g., PowerSchool), and accreditation processes.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Mastery of both Arabic and English.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in data science, Education, or related field.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and quality assurance frameworks in education.
- Experience with K-12 instructional and operational evaluation processes.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- جمع البيانات وإدارتها: جمع وتنظيم البيانات من مصادر متعددة مع ضمان الدقة والأمان في قواعد البيانات.
- تحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير: تحليل بيانات الطلاب والمعلمين وأولياء الأمور لتحديد الاتجاهات والفجوات في الأداء وإنشاء تصورات للبيانات لتفسير سهل.
- دعم اتخاذ القرار الاستراتيجي: تقديم رؤى لدعم تصميم المناهج واستراتيجيات التدخل الطلابي وتخصيص الموارد والموارد البشرية.
- ضمان الجودة والمراقبة: تطوير وتنفيذ أطر لضمان الجودة في الممارسات التعليمية والسلامة والعمليات الإدارية.
- تحسين العمليات والتطوير المستمر: قيادة مبادرات تحسين الجودة وتتبع التقدم نحو أهداف تحسين المدرسة.
- الامتثال والاعتماد: ضمان الامتثال للأنظمة المحلية والدولية والمساعدة في الاستعداد للاعتماد والتدقيق.
- التدريب والدعم: تدريب الموظفين على الأنظمة والبيانات والمعايير لضمان الجودة.
- ضمان الجودة المعتمدة على البيانات: استخدام البيانات لتقييم فعالية البرامج الأكاديمية والعمليات التشغيلية.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
- درجة البكاليريوس في علوم البيانات أو التعليم أو القيادة التربوية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في تحليل البيانات، ويفضل في بيئة تعليمية.
- خبرة في ضمان الجودة أو عمليات تحسين المدرسة.
- مهارات قوية في Excel وGoogle Sheets وأدوات تصور البيانات (مثل Power BI و Tableau).
- معرفة بمعايير التعليم K-12 وقواعد بيانات المدارس (مثل PowerSchool) وعمليات الاعتماد.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل وحل المشكلات والتنظيم.
- إتقان كل من اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
- المؤهلات المفضلة:
- درجة الماجستير في علوم البيانات أو التعليم أو مجال ذي صلة.
- إلمام بالتحليل الإحصائي وأطر ضمان الجودة في التعليم.
- خبرة في عمليات التقييم التعليمي والتشغيلي في K-12.
