يعمل منسق المبيعات والتسويق في فندق والدورف أستوريا الدوحة لوسيل على دعم فريق المبيعات من خلال المهام الإدارية، وخدمة العملاء، وتطوير فرص البيع. سيتولى هذا المنصب مسؤولية دعم فريق المبيعات في تطوير الأعمال المستقبلية والمتكررة، بالإضافة إلى دعم فريق التسويق.
المسؤوليات
- تحديد جهات اتصال جديدة، وتطوير فرص البيع، والاستجابة لفرص المبيعات بهدف زيادة الإيرادات.
- التعرف الكامل على مرافق الفندق، والعروض الترويجية، والحزم الخاصة.
- تطوير فرص المبيعات والتواصل مع العملاء المحتملين لبناء علاقات تجارية.
- إعداد العروض والتأكيدات الكتابية لجميع العملاء.
- إعداد تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب تلبي احتياجات مدير المبيعات والإدارة العليا، بما في ذلك تقارير المواعيد، المكالمات، وفرص الأعمال.
- مراقبة رضا العملاء بشكل دوري وحل أي قضايا عالقة لضمان الأعمال المستقبلية.
- ترتيب وتنفيذ جولات في الفندق.
- دعم فريق التسويق حسب الحاجة.

Job Overview
A Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail will provide full support to the Sales team from administrative, customer service, and sales lead development perspectives. The role focuses on developing future and repeat business, as well as supporting the Marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Fully understand the hotel’s amenities, packages, and promotions.
- Generate and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationships.
- Produce quotations and written confirmations to all clients.
- Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management, including appointments, calls, and business leads.
- Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business.
- Arrange and carry out hotel show rounds.
- Support the Marketing team as required.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets.
- Excellent organizational and administration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales role.
- A relevant degree in sales or business discipline from an accredited academic institution.
