Ogilvy is seeking a Strategy Director to join its Qatar office. As part of a globally recognized agency, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives for both existing clients and new business pitches. You will ensure that all strategies lead to disproportionate impact, driving both brand and commercial performance. Your expertise in strategic frameworks and your ability to inspire creatives will be critical in this role.
Conditions
- Over 8 years of experience in strategic planning, particularly in omnichannel strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced communications agency.
- Experience in developing brand strategies, writing creative briefs, and presenting creative work.
- A track record of delivering award-winning campaigns.
- Strong lateral thinking, with an innate curiosity and understanding of human behavior.
- Deep knowledge of strategic frameworks and concepts.
