What You’ll Be Doing

As a Risk Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting Qatar Foundation’s Corporate Risk Program. You will be responsible for coaching various QF entities in establishing and maintaining Risk Registers, and facilitating the implementation of self-assessment controls. Your role will include preparing reports for senior management, researching risk management strategies, and ensuring the regular maintenance of the Risk Management Information System (RMIS). Key responsibilities include:

• Coaching QF entities to develop and maintain Risk Registers, integrating key risks with their Annual Plans.
• Providing guidance to Risk Champions on their Risk Registers and risk management strategies.
• Researching and recommending control self-assessment guidelines for entities to assess existing controls.
• Preparing reports and drafts for senior management, audit committees, and other stakeholders.
• Developing and facilitating enhancements to the RMIS and ensuring correct risk reporting.
• Supporting training and development for Risk Champions across QF entities.
• Researching best practices in risk management to ensure alignment with leading frameworks such as ISO 31000 and COSO’s ERM standard.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of QF’s Fraud Risk Management Framework.
• Ensuring key suppliers provide evidence of risk and Business Continuity Management (BCM) as part of the procurement process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in risk management or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide guidance on developing risk registers and action plans.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong teamwork and cooperation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.

ما ستقوم به

بصفتك محلل مخاطر، ستكون لديك دور حيوي في دعم برنامج المخاطر المؤسسي لمؤسسة قطر. ستكون مسؤولاً عن تدريب الكيانات المختلفة في مؤسسة قطر على تأسيس وصيانة سجلات المخاطر، وتسهيل تنفيذ عمليات التقييم الذاتي للرقابة. تشمل مسؤولياتك الرئيسية:

• تدريب كيانات مؤسسة قطر على تطوير وصيانة سجلات المخاطر، ودمج المخاطر الرئيسية مع خططهم السنوية.
• تقديم الإرشاد للمسؤولين عن المخاطر في الكيانات فيما يتعلق بسجلات المخاطر واستراتيجيات إدارة المخاطر.
• البحث وتوصية إرشادات التقييم الذاتي للرقابة للكيانات لتقييم الرقابة الحالية.
• إعداد تقارير ومسودات لإدارة كبار، ولجان التدقيق وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
• تطوير وتسهيل التحسينات على نظام إدارة معلومات المخاطر (RMIS) وضمان تقارير المخاطر الصحيحة.
• دعم التدريب والتطوير للمسؤولين عن المخاطر عبر كيانات مؤسسة قطر.
• البحث في أفضل الممارسات في إدارة المخاطر لضمان التوافق مع الإطارات الرائدة مثل ISO 31000 ومعيار ERM من COSO.
• المساهمة في تطوير وتنفيذ إطار عمل إدارة مخاطر الاحتيال في مؤسسة قطر.
• التأكد من أن الموردين الرئيسيين يقدمون أدلة على المخاطر وإدارة استمرارية الأعمال (BCM) كجزء من عملية الشراء.

المؤهلات

• درجة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة.
• 2-5 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في إدارة المخاطر أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
• مهارات تحليلية قوية مع القدرة على تقديم الإرشادات حول تطوير سجلات المخاطر وخطط العمل.
• مهارات تنظيم وإدارة وقت ممتازة.
• قدرات تعاون وعمل فريق قوية.
• مهارات اتصال شفهية وكتابية ممتازة بالإنجليزية مع القدرة على إعداد تقارير واضحة وموجزة.
