Job Details
We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Barista/Waiter or Waitress to prepare and serve beverages, manage customer orders, and provide exceptional service. This role requires strong attention to detail, a passion for coffee and tea, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies, according to recipes and customer specifications.
- Equipment Management: Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment. Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies. Restock items as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Quality Control: Ensure beverages and food items meet quality and presentation standards before serving.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, present menus, and answer any questions regarding the menu items. Provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Order Taking and Serving: Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Table Maintenance: Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Upselling: Upsell food and beverage items by suggesting pairings and promotions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a barista, waiter, or waitress (preferred).
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment operation is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

نبحث عن باريستا / نادل أو نادلة مخلصين وودودين لتحضير وتقديم المشروبات، إدارة طلبات العملاء، وتقديم خدمة استثنائية. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والشغف بالقهوة والشاي، والقدرة على خلق جو مرحب للضيوف.
المسؤوليات
- تحضير المشروبات: تحضير وتقديم مجموعة متنوعة من المشروبات الساخنة والباردة، مثل القهوة والشاي والعصائر، حسب الوصفات ومواصفات العملاء.
- إدارة المعدات: تشغيل وصيانة آلات القهوة والطواحين وغيرها من المعدات. القيام بالتنظيف والصيانة المنتظمة للمعدات لضمان أداء أمثل.
