About the Role
We are seeking a Procurement Officer with experience and precision to handle the full procurement process for materials, services, and equipment in the fit-out industry and MEP systems. Collaborating closely with project managers, suppliers, and internal teams, you will ensure timely and cost-effective purchases that align perfectly with project goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement for fit-out and MEP projects, from sourcing and negotiating to purchasing and supplier management.
- Work with project teams to identify material and equipment needs for current projects.
- Assess and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability, maintaining industry compliance.
- Issue purchase orders and guarantee timely delivery aligned with project schedules.
- Track orders to ensure on-time and budget-friendly procurement activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement, particularly within the fit-out and MEP industries.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for procurement processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

عن الدور
نحن نبحث عن مسؤول مشتريات ذو خبرة ودقة للتعامل مع العملية الكاملة للمشتريات للمواد والخدمات والمعدات في صناعة الفيت-آوت وأنظمة MEP. من خلال التعاون الوثيق مع مديري المشاريع والموردين والفرق الداخلية، ستضمن الشراء في الوقت المحدد وبأسعار فعالة تتماشى تمامًا مع أهداف المشروع.
المسؤوليات
- إدارة عمليات المشتريات من البداية إلى النهاية لمشاريع الفيت-آوت و MEP، بدءًا من البحث والتفاوض وحتى الشراء وإدارة الموردين.
- التعاون مع فرق المشروع لتحديد احتياجات المواد والمعدات للمشاريع الحالية.
- تقييم واختيار الموردين بناءً على الجودة والتكلفة والموثوقية مع ضمان الامتثال للمعايير الصناعية.
- إصدار أوامر الشراء وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد بما يتماشى مع جداول المشروع.
- متابعة الطلبات لضمان إتمام جميع الأنشطة في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.
الشروط
- خبرة مثبتة في المشتريات، خاصة في صناعة الفيت-آوت وأنظمة MEP.
- مهارات تفاوض قوية وقدرة على بناء علاقات مع الموردين.
- معرفة بالمعايير الصناعية وأفضل الممارسات لعمليات المشتريات.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت ممتازة.
