This role will involve providing comprehensive support for Commercial Cards Operations and Sales in Qatar. As a key member of the team, you will engage with various stakeholders to streamline operations, support the onboarding of new clients, and drive growth in the commercial cards space.

Responsibilities:
Core Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Card Operations to identify opportunities for streamlining and improving operational efficiency.
- Support the operational onboarding of new clients, collaborating with sales, implementation, card operations, and cash management teams.
- Manage corporate card-related requests from existing corporates and TMCs, ensuring timely resolution and completion.
- Assist the Sales team in identifying card opportunities by working with business management to prioritize key clients for card programs.
- Monitor new client implementations and track card usage and growth.
- Provide support to the Sales team on complex card deals, ensuring coordination and alignment with stakeholders.
- Develop product training content for internal staff and conduct periodic training sessions.
- Organize awareness sessions for clients on commercial cards.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports on the total portfolio, providing insights to support growth and portfolio health.
- Regularly meet with Heads of Cash Management, Commercial Cards, and Cards to discuss key activities, risks, and business performance.
- Lead the creation of monthly commercial card performance summaries to share with senior management.
- Utilize Mastercard resources and assets to support key responsibilities.
KPIs:
Performance Metrics for Success:
- Feedback from the Head of Commercial Cards on the delivery of weekly and monthly updates and performance reports.
- Operational Efficiency: Measure the efficiency of card operations through governance, issue identification, and process improvements.
- Gross Dollar Volume (GDV): Track the total dollar amount of transactions processed.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in cards or financial institutions.
- Experience in the GCC and Qatar preferred.
- Strong project management skills.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
- Experience in card operations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

سيتضمن هذا الدور تقديم دعم شامل لعمليات البطاقات التجارية والمبيعات في قطر. كعضو رئيسي في الفريق، ستكون مسؤولاً عن التعاون مع الأطراف المعنية لتبسيط العمليات، ودعم دمج العملاء الجدد، ودفع النمو في مجال البطاقات التجارية.

المسؤوليات:
المهام والواجبات الأساسية:
- التعاون مع عمليات البطاقات لتحديد الفرص لتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية.
- دعم دمج العملاء الجدد من خلال التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والتنفيذ وإدارة البطاقات وإدارة السيولة.
- إدارة الطلبات المتعلقة بالبطاقات التجارية من الشركات الحالية وTMCs، وضمان حلها في الوقت المناسب.
- دعم فريق المبيعات لتحديد الفرص المتعلقة بالبطاقات من خلال التعاون مع الإدارة التجارية لتحديد الأولويات لبرامج البطاقات.
- مراقبة تنفيذ العملاء الجدد ومتابعة استخدام البطاقات والنمو.
- دعم الفريق في التعامل مع صفقات بطاقات معقدة، وضمان التنسيق مع الأطراف المعنية.
- تطوير محتوى تدريبي للموظفين الداخليين وتنظيم جلسات تدريب دورية.
- تنظيم جلسات توعية للعملاء حول بطاقات الشركات.
- إعداد تقارير شهريّة عن إجمالي المحفظة المالية وتقديم رؤى لدعم النمو والحفاظ على صحة المحفظة.
- الاجتماع الدوري مع رؤساء إدارة السيولة، البطاقات التجارية، والبطاقات لمناقشة الأنشطة الرئيسية والمخاطر والأداء التجاري.
- قيادة إنشاء ملخص أداء بطاقات الشركات الشهري لمشاركته مع الإدارة العليا.
- الاستفادة من موارد وماستر كارد لدعم المهام المذكورة أعلاه.
المؤشرات الرئيسية للأداء (KPIs):
معايير النجاح:
- ملاحظات من رئيس قسم البطاقات التجارية حول تسليم التحديثات الأسبوعية والشهرية وتقارير الأداء.
- الكفاءة التشغيلية: قياس كفاءة عمليات البطاقات التجارية من خلال الحوكمة وتحديد المشكلات وتحسين العمليات.
- إجمالي حجم المعاملات (GDV): تتبع إجمالي المبالغ المالية للمعاملات التي تمت معالجتها.
المتطلبات:
المؤهلات والمهارات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال البطاقات أو المؤسسات المالية.
- خبرة في منطقة الخليج وقطر مفضلة.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع.
- إجادة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة في عمليات البطاقات.
- مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على العمل بفعالية مع الفرق الداخلية والعملاء.
