Axians Qatar, established in 2020 under the Middle East division, specializes in telecommunications, cybersecurity, and industrial networks. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Business Manager – Network & Telecom Infrastructure to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, expanding the customer portfolio.
- Lead bid responses: assess client needs, prepare proposals, direct cost estimation teams, and execute negotiation strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions during the design and engineering phases.
- Oversee installation, configuration, commissioning, and maintenance of network equipment.
- Manage and coordinate project teams, ensuring smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations while supervising project teams.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to technical, quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Provide regular reporting to the management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Telecommunications or IT Engineering (Bac+5 or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical and/or commercial business management.
- Strong expertise in design, engineering, racking & stacking of IT/Telecom equipment, and IP/MPLS solution deployment.
- Experience with service providers or public sector organizations.

المهام الوظيفية
- تطوير العلاقات مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها، وتوسيع قاعدة العملاء.
- قيادة عمليات الاستجابة للمناقصات: تقييم احتياجات العملاء، إعداد العروض، توجيه فرق التكاليف، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التفاوض.
- تقديم المشورة التقنية واقتراح حلول مبتكرة خلال مراحل التصميم والهندسة.
- الإشراف على تركيب، وتكوين، وتشغيل، وصيانة معدات الشبكات.
- إدارة وتنسيق فرق العمل لضمان التنفيذ السلس للمشاريع.
- ضمان الامتثال لقواعد السلامة والجودة أثناء الإشراف على الفرق التنفيذية.
- متابعة سير المشاريع وضمان الالتزام بالمتطلبات التقنية، والجودة، والتكلفة، والجداول الزمنية.
- إدارة الجوانب المالية، بما في ذلك إعداد الميزانيات، والفوترة، ومتابعة عمليات التحصيل.
- تقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة حول تقدم الأعمال.
المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة
- شهادة بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في هندسة الاتصالات أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات (Bac+5 أو ما يعادلها).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة الأعمال التقنية و/أو التجارية.
- معرفة قوية في تصميم الشبكات، وهندسة الاتصالات، وتجميع معدات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، ونشر حلول IP/MPLS.
- خبرة سابقة مع مزودي الخدمات أو في القطاع العام.
