Job Summary:
We are looking for a
Sustainability Coordinator to support our sustainability efforts and enhance environmental performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, a passion for sustainability, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders to drive change and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with environmental standards and certifications, especially GSAS.
- Collect, analyze, and report on sustainability data to monitor progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on sustainability topics to stakeholders.
- Facilitate change management by engaging stakeholders and promoting best sustainability practices.
- Conduct research on emerging sustainability trends, technologies, and innovations.
- Provide technical guidance on sustainable design, operations, and maintenance.
- Monitor sustainability efforts and propose corrective actions when necessary.
- Promote sustainability awareness and culture change within the organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental management, architecture, engineering, or related fields.
- GSAS certification is mandatory.
- Proven ability to work independently and tackle complex, undefined problems.
- Strong communication skills (writing, speaking, and visual presentation).
- Proficiency in developing presentations and analyzing data to generate actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in uncertain or ambiguous situations.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Competence in stakeholder engagement and change management processes.
- Familiarity with international sustainability frameworks (e.g., LEED, WELL, BREEAM).
- Strong project management skills and proficiency with relevant software tools.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الاستدامة بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة.
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير البيئية والشهادات، وخاصة متطلبات GSAS.
- جمع وتحليل وتقديم تقارير عن بيانات الاستدامة لمراقبة التقدم وتحديد الفرص للتحسين.
- تحضير وتقديم عروض تقديمية حول موضوعات الاستدامة للمعنيين.
- تسهيل إدارة التغيير من خلال التفاعل مع الأطراف المعنية وتعزيز أفضل ممارسات الاستدامة.
- إجراء أبحاث حول الاتجاهات والتقنيات الجديدة في الاستدامة والابتكار البيئي.
- تقديم إرشادات فنية بشأن التصميم المستدام والعمليات والصيانة.
- مراقبة جهود الاستدامة واقتراح إجراءات تصحيحية عند الحاجة.
- تعزيز التوعية بالاستدامة وتغيير الثقافة داخل المنظمة.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
- درجة بكاليروس في الاستدامة، أو إدارة البيئة، أو الهندسة، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادة GSAS إلزامية.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل بشكل مستقل وحل المشكلات المعقدة أو غير المحددة.
- مهارات تواصل قوية (كتابة، تحدث، وعرض مرئي).
- إتقان تطوير العروض التقديمية وتحليل البيانات لاستخلاص رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ.
- التحفيز الذاتي، والقدرة على التكيف، والازدهار في المواقف المتغيرة أو الغامضة.
- اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل والالتزام بتنفيذ المهام.
- خبرة في التفاعل مع الأطراف المعنية وعمليات إدارة التغيير.
- إلمام بإطارات الاستدامة الدولية (مثل LEED، WELL، BREEAM).
- مهارات إدارة المشاريع وإتقان الأدوات البرمجية ذات الصلة.
