Company Description

We are currently looking Procurement Manager for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Job Description

Required Special Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) in English and Arabic.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, and practices.
• Ability to interact with various department to collect and analyse data and information.
• Personal integrity and self-management.
• Planning, organising and analytical ability.
• Proficiency in analytical tools (Microsoft Excel, SQL, Oracle iProcurement, PowerBI).
• Excellent critical thinking and data-driven reasoning.
• Self-sufficient and innovative.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• University graduate (Bachelors) preferably with a Major in the related field of study, Professional accreditation related to the function is an asset.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank in data analytics, and good command of data extraction and understanding. Must have worked in a procurement field preferable using Oracle and/or Coupa.
• Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).

نحن نبحث حاليًا عن مدير مشتريات لعملياتنا في قطر وفقًا للشروط والأحكام التالية.

الوصف الوظيفي

المهارات الخاصة المطلوبة:

• مهارات اتصال شفهية وكتابية ممتازة (بما في ذلك كتابة التقارير) باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
• مهارات جيدة في التعامل الشخصي والعرض التقديمي.
• فهم القوانين واللوائح والممارسات ذات الصلة.
• القدرة على التفاعل مع الأقسام المختلفة لجمع وتحليل البيانات والمعلومات.
• النزاهة الشخصية وإدارة الذات.
• القدرة على التخطيط والتنظيم والتحليل.
• إتقان أدوات التحليل (Microsoft Excel، SQL، Oracle iProcurement، PowerBI).
• التفكير النقدي الممتاز وقدرة على اتخاذ قرارات مبنية على البيانات.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل ومبتكر.

المتطلبات التعليمية والخبرات:

• خريج جامعة (بكالوريوس) ويفضل أن يكون مع تخصص في المجال المتعلق بالدراسة، الاعتماد المهني المتعلق بالوظيفة يعتبر ميزة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة، ويفضل في بنك دولي رفيع المستوى في تحليلات البيانات، مع إجادة استخراج البيانات وفهمها. يجب أن يكون قد عمل في مجال المشتريات ويفضل أن يكون قد استخدم Oracle و/أو Coupa.
• فترة الانضمام: أسبوعين (حد أقصى شهر).
