Our Middle East branch is looking for a highly skilled Integrated Public Transport Specialist to join our team and contribute to pioneering public transport projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and plans for integrated public transport aligned with population and economic growth.
- Supervise and implement plans for integrating public transport into a unified network.
- Manage integrated and sustainable public transport projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Participate in feasibility studies and draft terms of reference for integrated public transport initiatives.
- Oversee electronic integration systems for public transport networks and provide technical team support.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering/Transport Planning (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
- 10+ years of regional and international experience in integrated public transport, preferably in GCC countries.
- Expertise in multimodal transport systems, including private vehicles, buses, trains, metro, taxis, and bicycles.
- Experience collaborating with Ministries, Government Agencies, and Entities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in computer applications and excellent communication skills.
- Valid driving license for site visits and technical meetings.

- الإشراف على تنفيذ خطط دمج وتوحيد أنظمة النقل العام في شبكة واحدة.
- إدارة مشاريع النقل العام المتكاملة والمستدامة، وضمان استكمالها في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية المخصصة.
- المشاركة في إعداد دراسات الجدوى والمساهمة في صياغة شروط مرجعية لمشاريع النقل العام المتكاملة.
- الإشراف على أنظمة التكامل الإلكتروني لشبكات النقل العام وتقديم الدعم الفني للفريق.
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو تخطيط النقل.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في أنظمة النقل العام المتكاملة على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي، ويفضل في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
- خبرة في أنظمة النقل متعددة الوسائط، مثل المركبات الخاصة، الحافلات، القطارات، المترو، سيارات الأجرة، والدراجات.
- خبرة في العمل مع الوزارات والجهات الحكومية والمؤسسات.
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثًا وكتابةً).
- إلمام كامل بالحاسب الآلي ومهارات تواصل ممتازة.
- رخصة قيادة سارية للزيارات الميدانية والاجتماعات التقنية مع ممثلي العملاء.

- Manage and improve public transport systems and infrastructure, producing regular reports on operational challenges and solutions to ensure high service standards.
- Continuously assess service level requirements, aligning them with advanced technologies and global best practices.
- Provide technical opinions on assigned topics, including evaluating the economic feasibility of projects.
- Conduct technical reviews of designs and plans for public transport routes and infrastructure, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints set by the Ministry.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- At least 15 years of experience in public transport, with regional and international expertise, particularly in GCC countries.
- Experience collaborating with Ministries, Government Agencies, and Entities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with Qatar/GCC regulations and processes is an advantage.
- Proficient in computer applications with excellent communication skills.
- Valid driving license for site visits and technical meetings.
