As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing various HR reports, including workforce planning, headcount tracking, and project-related data. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:
• Preparing and analyzing HR reports, ensuring accurate and timely workforce planning and headcount tracking.
• Coordinating and monitoring workforce demobilization plans in alignment with project timelines.
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure staffing requirements are met efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and tracking personnel movements across multiple projects.
• Collaborating with project managers to address HR needs and providing timely updates on demobilization plans.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout all HR activities.
