Executive (NBN Holdings) in Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Hospitality & Guarding Services!
If you have a proven track record in sales and relationship management, and are looking to further develop your career in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Identify promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
- Ensure smooth running of all sales administration and customer service activities.
- Provide overall guidance to newly-recruited Sales Representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales made, potential and existing customers, and employee performance evaluations.
- Assist newly-recruited or less experienced Sales Representatives with technical questions posed by customers.
- Analyze sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of current sales strategies.
- Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insights into customer preferences.

- بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء الرئيسيين لضمان تدفق مستمر للإيرادات من المبيعات.
- تحديد الفرص الواعدة من خلال الاتصال البارد، والشبكات، وإحالات العملاء.
- ضمان سير جميع الأنشطة الإدارية والمبيعات وخدمة العملاء بسلاسة.
- تقديم الإرشادات العامة لمندوبي المبيعات الجدد.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة بعدد المبيعات المنجزة، والعملاء الحاليين والمحتملين، بالإضافة إلى تقييم أداء الموظفين في المبيعات.
- مساعدة مندوبي المبيعات الجدد أو الأقل خبرة في الإجابة على الأسئلة الفنية التي يطرحها العملاء.
- تحليل مؤشرات المبيعات لتحديد ما إذا كانت استراتيجيات المبيعات الحالية فعّالة.
- إجراء بحوث معمقة حول منتجات المنافسين، وتسعيرها، ونجاحها في السوق لاكتساب رؤى حول تفضيلات واهتمامات العملاء.
