We are looking for an experienced Project Control Engineer to oversee and manage the financial and scheduling aspects of our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. General Responsibilities
- Developing comprehensive project schedules, integrating all critical milestones, and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently
- Monitoring project progress against the schedule, identifying potential delays and working with teams to implement recovery plans
- Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure schedules are realistic and achievable
Standards Responsibilities
- Ensuring all project documentation is maintained accurately and is easily accessible, following company standards and procedures
- Identifying opportunities for improving project control processes, implementing best practices that enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Leading post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and integrate them into future project planning and execution

المسؤوليات العامة
- تطوير جداول مشاريع شاملة، دمج جميع المعالم الحرجة، وضمان تخصيص الموارد بشكل فعال
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع مقابل الجدول الزمني، وتحديد التأخيرات المحتملة والعمل مع الفرق لتنفيذ خطط التعافي
- التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع، المهندسين، وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لضمان أن الجداول الزمنية واقعية وقابلة للتحقيق
مسؤوليات المعايير
- ضمان الحفاظ على جميع وثائق المشروع بدقة وسهولة الوصول إليها، وفقًا للمعايير والإجراءات الخاصة بالشركة
- تحديد الفرص لتحسين عمليات مراقبة المشاريع، وتنفيذ أفضل الممارسات التي تعزز الكفاءة والدقة
- قيادة المراجعات بعد المشروع لتوثيق الدروس المستفادة ودمجها في التخطيط والتنفيذ المستقبلي للمشاريع
