Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in lifting operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in large-scale construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of lifting equipment, techniques, and safety standards.
- Strong understanding of site-specific lifting procedures and risk assessments.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and lifting plans.
- Ability to lead and coordinate a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience working on Ashghal or similar government projects.
