We are seeking a passionate and experienced DP Coordinator to become part of our dynamic school community. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IB curriculum, expertise in research-based teaching and learning practices, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and management of the IB Diploma Programme (DP) curriculum.
- Provide support and guidance to students, parents, and staff throughout the DP journey.
- Lead professional development sessions for teachers, ensuring adherence to IB standards.
- Foster a collaborative learning culture while promoting academic excellence.
- Work closely with the admin team and subject leads to ensure curriculum alignment and resource sharing.
- Stay updated on developments in IB teaching practices and attend professional training as needed.
Work Experience & Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years, full-time) in Education or a relevant subject.
- Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Secondary Education, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a DP Coordinator, plus 5 years of IB teaching experience.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Teaching License, or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in curriculum management systems, learning management applications, and computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Excellent writing skills for drafting reports and articulating ideas clearly.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- الإشراف على تنفيذ وإدارة مناهج برنامج الدبلوم (DP) للبكالوريا الدولية.
- تقديم الدعم والإرشاد للطلاب وأولياء الأمور وأعضاء هيئة التدريس طوال رحلة DP.
- قيادة دورات تطوير مهني للمعلمين، وضمان الالتزام بمعايير البكالوريا الدولية.
- تعزيز ثقافة التعلم التعاوني وتحقيق التميز الأكاديمي.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفريق الإداري ورؤساء المواد لضمان اتساق المناهج وتبادل الموارد.
- متابعة أحدث التطورات في أساليب التدريس الخاصة بالبكالوريا الدولية والمشاركة في الدورات التدريبية عند الحاجة.
الخبرات والمؤهلات المطلوبة
- درجة البكالوريوس (لا تقل عن 3 سنوات، بدوام كامل) في مجال التعليم أو التخصصات ذات الصلة.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في تصميم المناهج، التعليم الثانوي، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمنسق DP، بالإضافة إلى 5 سنوات من التدريس في مدارس البكالوريا الدولية.
- يفضل حيازة مؤهل تدريسي (QTS) أو رخصة تدريس أو ما يعادلها.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل، التفاوض، والتنظيم وإدارة الوقت.
- إجادة التعامل مع أنظمة إدارة المناهج والتعلم، واستخدام تطبيقات الحاسوب (معالجة النصوص، جداول البيانات، وغيرها).
- مهارات كتابية ممتازة لصياغة التقارير والتواصل بوضوح ودقة.
