We are seeking a highly experienced Facilities Manager to join our team immediately or as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to lead the Facilities operations at our campus, ensuring high-quality infrastructure and services that meet the needs of students, staff, and visitors.
The Role
- Lead Facilities operations in alignment with the school's strategy, collaborating with school leadership.
- Ensure campus infrastructure and services are maintained to the highest standards.
- Oversee compliance with Ministry regulations and educational obligations related to facilities, security, and catering.
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality environment for all stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Facilities Manager who possesses:
- Extensive Facilities Management experience, ideally in an educational setting.
- Strong project management skills, with experience handling tight budgets and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including landlord-tenant relations.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to unite diverse interests beyond direct authority.
- A commercial mindset, with expertise in budget management and efficiency improvement.
- Strong knowledge of Ministry regulations, with the flexibility to adapt to changes.
- A commitment to continuous operational and infrastructure improvements.
- People management skills to lead and develop a team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety management, preferably within an educational environment.

المؤهلات المطلوبة
نبحث عن مدير مرافق يتمتع بالمهارات والخبرات التالية:
- خبرة واسعة في إدارة المرافق، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة تعليمية.
- مهارات إدارة المشاريع، مع القدرة على التعامل مع الميزانيات والمواعيد النهائية الصارمة.
- قدرة ممتازة على التواصل وإدارة العلاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة، بما في ذلك الملاك والمستأجرين.
- خبرة في القيادة، والقدرة على توحيد مختلف الأطراف حتى خارج نطاق السلطة المباشرة.
- رؤية تجارية قوية، وخبرة في إدارة الميزانيات وتحسين الكفاءة.
- معرفة جيدة بمتطلبات الوزارة، مع المرونة في التعامل مع التغييرات.
- التزام بتحسين العمليات والبنية التحتية باستمرار.
- مهارات إدارة الأفراد لضمان قيادة وتطوير الفريق بكفاءة.
- معرفة واسعة بإدارة الصحة والسلامة، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة تعليمية.
