تبحث شركة مارجمي الهندسية عن مسؤول إنتاج ماهر في النجارة والربط الخشبي للإشراف على تصنيع وتنفيذ مشاريع النجارة عالية الجودة. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح المثالي خبرة واسعة في إنتاج الخشب، واهتمام بالتفاصيل، ومهارات قيادية قوية لإدارة الفريق بكفاءة مع ضمان الوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية للمشاريع ومعايير الجودة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الإشراف على الأنشطة اليومية للإنتاج في ورشة النجارة والربط الخشبي، وضمان الكفاءة والجودة والسلامة.
- تخطيط وتحديد جداول الإنتاج ومراقبتها لتلبية مواعيد المشاريع ومواصفات العملاء.
- الإشراف والتنسيق بين عمل النجّارين، مشغلي الآلات، والعمال لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.
- التأكد من الاستخدام السليم والصيانة المناسبة لآلات النجارة والأدوات والمعدات.
- تحسين العمليات الإنتاجية لزيادة الكفاءة وتقليل هدر المواد.
- قراءة وتفسير الرسومات، التصاميم، والمستندات الفنية لضمان التنفيذ الدقيق.
- إجراء فحوصات جودة للتأكد من أن جميع الأعمال تلتزم بمعايير الشركة والصناعة.
- إدارة شراء المواد الخام، وضمان الحفاظ على مستويات المخزون دون تأخير في الإنتاج.
- تطبيق قوانين الصحة والسلامة داخل المنشأة الإنتاجية لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة.
- تدريب وإرشاد موظفي الورشة، وتعزيز مهاراتهم وأدائهم.
- التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع، المشرفين على المواقع، والعملاء لجدولة الإنتاج والتسليمات.
المؤهلات والخبرة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في إنتاج النجارة والربط الخشبي، ويفضل في مشاريع التكسية والبناء.
- درجة أو دبلوم في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- معرفة قوية بمواد الخشب، تقنيات الربط الخشبي، آلات CNC، وعمليات التشطيب.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wood production, an eye for detail, and strong leadership skills to manage a team efficiently while ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities in the carpentry and joinery workshop, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor production workflows to meet project deadlines and client specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of carpenters, machine operators, and laborers to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of carpentry machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce material wastage.
- Read and interpret drawings, designs, and technical documents to ensure precise execution.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
- Manage procurement of raw materials, ensuring stock levels are maintained without delays in production.
- Enforce health and safety regulations within the production facility to create a safe working environment.
- Train and mentor workshop staff, enhancing their skills and performance.
- Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to coordinate production schedules and deliveries.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in carpentry & joinery production, preferably in fit-out and construction projects.
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wood materials, joinery techniques, CNC machinery, and finishing processes.

This role requires strong design skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to bring innovative designs to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development:
Develop architectural concepts, designs, and layouts based on client requirements and project specifications. - 3D Modeling & Proposals:
Prepare and present detailed drawings, 3D models, and design proposals using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion. - Project Coordination:
Coordinate with structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and interior design teams to ensure seamless project integration. - Site Inspections:
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction aligns with the approved design and quality standards. - Material Research:
Research materials, finishes, and innovative design solutions for enhanced sustainability and efficiency. - Documentation & Approvals:
Prepare and review architectural plans, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and technical documentation for construction approvals. - Compliance & Regulations:
