Structural- QA/QC Inspector
Experience:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Structural inspections for large EPC projects, specifically GIS substations (115 kV to 380 kV)
Oil & Gas project experience in Saudi Arabia
CBT-qualified QC Inspector certification is strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed Structural inspections for GIS substation construction projects to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Inspect structural elements such as foundations, structures, and other civil works related to substation construction.
Verify that all construction activities follow approved designs, plans, and technical specifications.
Ensure that all materials and construction processes meet required standards for quality, safety, and performance.
Review structural drawings, calculations, and material certifications for compliance with industry codes and standards.
Work closely with project teams to address any structural issues, recommend corrective actions, and ensure the timely resolution of construction challenges.
Prepare detailed inspection reports, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance with client and project requirements.

خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في عمليات التفتيش الهيكلية لمشاريع EPC الكبيرة، وخاصة محطات GIS الفرعية (115 كيلو فولت إلى 380 كيلو فولت)
خبرة في مشاريع النفط والغاز في المملكة العربية السعودية

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
إجراء عمليات تفتيش هيكلية مفصلة لمشاريع بناء محطات فرعية GIS لضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير السلامة والمتطلبات التنظيمية.فحص العناصر الإنشائية مثل الأساسات والهياكل والأعمال المدنية الأخرى المتعلقة ببناء محطات الطاقة الفرعية.التحقق من أن جميع أنشطة البناء تتبع التصاميم والخطط والمواصفات الفنية المعتمدة.التأكد من أن جميع المواد وعمليات البناء تلبي المعايير المطلوبة للجودة والسلامة والأداء.مراجعة الرسومات الهيكلية والحسابات وشهادات المواد للتأكد من توافقها مع معايير وأكواد الصناعة.العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق المشروع لمعالجة أي مشاكل هيكلية، والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية، وضمان حل تحديات البناء في الوقت المناسب.إعداد تقارير التفتيش التفصيلية، وضمان التوثيق الشامل والامتثال لمتطلبات العميل والمشروع.
