EMT
Overall Purpose of The Job
The EMT will utilize their knowledge and proficiency in evidence-based medical practice and International SOS protocols to manage unexpected and emergent situations. They will treat a variety of injuries and illnesses in a prompt and professional manner. The EMT will support the provision of direct and indirect medical care in emergent situations and competently function as a member of the team, providing patient-centered medical care in the pre-hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-hospital emergency medical care for simple and multiple system traumas.
- Assist the Paramedic in determining the nature and extent of illness or injury and establish priorities for required emergency care.
- Assist the Paramedic in rendering emergency medical care to all patients.
- Operate all emergency vehicles as the primary driver, ensuring the safety of others.
- Restock EMS units once supplies are received, and assist other clinic operators with restocking.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and protective clothing in a serviceable ready-response condition.
- Perform other duties and assignments as required.
Job Profile
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to assess adult and pediatric patients in a pre-hospital setting.
- Ability to successfully perform BLS interventions in accordance with protocols.

Qualifications
- EMT Level Certification from National Registry (NREMT) - Required.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Required.
- A valid passport is required and must be in possession prior to deployment. The passport must have at least 18 months left before renewal and must be maintained during your stay.
Required Languages
- Excellent written and oral English is required.

- Some travel may be required.

About the role
The database developer must possess advanced knowledge of programming languages, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work to a deadline. A top-class developer works together with the development team to create high-level programs.
