Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Interact with potential tenants, understand their preferences, and help match them with the ideal properties.
- Property Showings: Conduct engaging property tours, showcasing unique features of each rental.
- Rent Negotiation: Negotiate lease agreements between landlords and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Documentation: Assist clients with rental paperwork and ensure all legal requirements are met.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, landlords, and colleagues.
- Sales Negotiation: Represent the seller in negotiations with potential buyers and secure the best possible deal.
- Closing the Deal: Guide sellers through the closing process and ensure all legal and financial requirements are fulfilled.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or salesperson.
- Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Trustworthy and personable.
- Valid QID and Qatar Driving License.
- 3 years of experience in sales (Required).
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
- Experience with CRM software (Preferred).

المسؤوليات
- التفاعل مع العملاء: التواصل مع المستأجرين المحتملين لفهم احتياجاتهم وتفضيلاتهم ومساعدتهم في اختيار العقار المثالي.
- عرض العقارات: إجراء جولات تعريفية وشيقة للعقارات، مع إبراز ميزاتها الفريدة.
- التفاوض على الإيجارات: التفاوض بين الملاك والمستأجرين لتأمين اتفاقيات إيجار تحقق مصالح الطرفين.
- التوثيق: مساعدة العملاء في إتمام الأوراق اللازمة وضمان الامتثال لجميع المتطلبات القانونية.
- إدارة العلاقات: بناء والحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية مع الملاك، والمستأجرين، والزملاء.
- التفاوض على المبيعات: تمثيل البائع في المفاوضات مع المشترين المحتملين لضمان الحصول على أفضل شروط للبيع.
- إغلاق الصفقة: إرشاد البائعين خلال عملية إغلاق الصفقة وضمان الوفاء بكل المتطلبات القانونية والمالية.
المتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة كوكيل عقاري أو مندوب مبيعات.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل مع مهارات تواصل قوية.
- مهارات مبيعات وتفاوض واتصال ممتازة.
- شخص موثوق وسهل التعامل.
- رخصة قيادة قطرية سارية وQID سارية.
- خبرة 3 سنوات في المبيعات (مطلوبة).
- درجة البكاليروس (مفضلة).
- خبرة في استخدام برامج CRM (مفضلة).
