Governance Manager 

Essentially balance the interest of the organization’s stakeholders, including government entities, management, customers, suppliers, community, etc. through developing, implementing and overseeing a framework of responsibilities, practices and policies exercised by Senior Management.



• Strengthen the relationship and contribution of stakeholders (the Founder, Government entities, local / regional / international athletes and federations, anti-doping organizations, Qatar Olympic Committee, Supreme Committee for Legacy and Delivery, Qatar Football Association, Ministry of Public Health, general public, etc.)

• Engage effectively with stakeholders

• Facilitate information sharing

• Report clearly on performance and operations

• Understand the cross-entity environment

• Promote cross-entity performance and accountability

• Establish clear roles, responsibilities and governance arrangements

• Facilitate good governance through written agreements

• Engage and coordinate with risk function

• Engage and coordinate with strategic planning and performance

• Develop the terms of reference for the committees
