Full Job Description

Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating with management for business generation activities;
Participating in site/field visits.
Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
Undertake projects as directed by the Manager in order to support the daily operations.
Manage, coordinate, and maintain files (requests, orders, and invoices) and communicate all incoming and outgoing emails.

Skills

• Direct or Related Experience in Marketing is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
• Persuasive and goal-oriented
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
• Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
• Previous experience in an outbound call center or inside sales experience; knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close is preferred

Skilled Procurement Specialist – Join a Leading Global Organization

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for discovering the most profitable suppliers and fostering business partnerships, working on assigned RFQs within set deadlines. You will negotiate with external vendors to secure favorable terms and process the ordering of necessary goods and services for approval.

You will examine and re-evaluate existing contracts, contribute to procurement documentation development, and build strong relationships with suppliers. The role also involves tracking and reporting key functional metrics, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure clear specifications, and anticipating changes in supplier and client negotiating ability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer to source new and potential vendors and suppliers for materials used in fit-out projects and carpentry/joinery, such as wood, hardware, and paint materials. The role involves reviewing and preparing comparative analyses of supplier quotations, negotiating contract terms, pricing, shipment, and delivery. Additionally, you will track orders to ensure timely delivery, review product quality, and prepare detailed purchase reports, including cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source vendors/suppliers for fit-out and carpentry/joinery materials
• Evaluate and negotiate quotations and contract terms
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and review product quality
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for proper storage
• Create detailed proposal documents as part of the formal bidding process
