About the Role
ORYX REAL ESTATE is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Lawyer to handle legal matters related to property rentals, tenant disputes, and lease compliance. If you have experience in landlord-tenant laws and real estate litigation, this is your opportunity to join a growing company in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Draft and review rental contracts, lease agreements, and tenant-related legal documents.
✔ Provide legal advice on rental property regulations, lease enforcement, and tenant rights.
✔ Manage property rental transactions while ensuring legal compliance.
✔ Represent the company in court for landlord-tenant disputes, evictions, and breach of contract cases.
✔ Provide legal counsel on property maintenance, tenant disputes, and compliance with housing regulations.
✔ Collaborate with management to minimize legal risks and resolve disputes efficiently.
✔ Stay updated with Qatar’s rental laws, tenant protections, and fair housing regulations.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Law (Juris Doctor – JD) from an accredited institution.
✔ Licensed to practice law in Qatar.
✔ Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate law with a focus on rental property disputes.
✔ Strong experience in court representation, especially in landlord-tenant conflicts.
✔ Excellent knowledge of residential and commercial lease agreements.
✔ Proficiency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and litigation skills.
✔ Experience working with property rental companies or landlords is a plus.
✔ Must be based in Doha, Qatar.

المهام الوظيفية
✔ إعداد ومراجعة عقود الإيجار والوثائق القانونية المتعلقة بالمستأجرين.
✔ تقديم الاستشارات القانونية بشأن قوانين الإيجار وحقوق المستأجرين وإنفاذ العقود.
✔ الإشراف على معاملات تأجير العقارات لضمان الامتثال القانوني.
✔ تمثيل الشركة في المحاكم لحل النزاعات بين الملاك والمستأجرين، والإخلاءات، وخروقات العقود.
✔ تقديم المشورة القانونية بشأن صيانة العقارات والنزاعات التعاقدية.

المتطلبات
✔ درجة البكالوريوس في القانون (Juris Doctor - JD) من مؤسسة معتمدة.
✔ ترخيص قانوني لممارسة المحاماة في قطر.
✔ خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في القانون العقاري مع التركيز على نزاعات الإيجارات.
✔ خبرة قوية في تمثيل القضايا أمام المحاكم، خاصة في المنازعات بين الملاك والمستأجرين.
✔ معرفة ممتازة بـ عقود الإيجار السكنية والتجارية.
✔ إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة وتحدثًا).
✔ مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض والتقاضي.
✔ يُفضل الخبرة في التعامل مع شركات تأجير العقارات أو الملاك.
