المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تحليل البيانات والتقارير:

• جمع وتحليل بيانات سلسلة التوريد، بما في ذلك مستويات المخزون وتوقعات الطلب وأداء الموردين.
• إعداد التقارير الخاصة بمخالفات الامتثال مقارنة بالاتفاقيات وسياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
• التواصل مع الأطراف المعنية لعرض النتائج والتوصيات من خلال التقارير والعروض التقديمية.
• التنسيق مع فريق تقنية المعلومات لإعداد التقارير ولوحات المعلومات التي توفر رؤى حول مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs).

تخطيط الطلب والتنبؤ:

• العمل مع فرق تخطيط الطلب والتوريد لتحليل البيانات التاريخية واتجاهات السوق لتحسين دقة التنبؤات.
• المساعدة في تطوير نماذج التنبؤ بالطلب للحفاظ على مستويات مخزون مثالية وتقليل نفاد المنتجات.

إدارة المخزون:

• تحسين مستويات المخزون لتحقيق التوازن بين تكاليف الاحتفاظ بالمخزون ومخاطر نفاد المنتجات.
• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتقليل المخزون الزائد والتالف.

إدارة علاقات الموردين:

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect and analyze supply chain data, including inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supplier performance.

• Communicate findings and recommendations through reports, presentations, and other channels.
• Coordinate with the IT team to generate dashboards and insights on key performance indicators (KPIs).
