Available Positions:

1- Senior Manager - Design

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Oversee design development and delivery, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to the design team to foster innovation and excellence.
• Lead the PMCM technical team and coordinate between the contractor’s design team and the client.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and aviation requirements.
• Manage risks, claims, and maintain quality through regular reviews and audits.
• Implement the latest design technologies to enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Integrate sustainability principles into all projects, focusing on energy efficiency and reducing carbon footprint.
• Build strong client relationships to understand their needs and exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

• A recognized degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in the aviation industry.
• At least 5 years of site-based experience, preferably in aviation or infrastructure projects.

2- Senior Commercial Manager

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Manage multiple large-scale projects, ensuring budget compliance.
• Oversee teams to ensure clear understanding of roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor and manage team performance to achieve objectives.
• Ensure timely cash collection in compliance with contract terms.
• Review contractors’ claims and protect client interests.
• Develop procurement strategies to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Provide financial and commercial reports to ensure compliance.
• Represent clients in dispute resolution and arbitration procedures.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of FIDIC suite of contracts.
• Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on cost, value, and risk.
• Excellent numerical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience in working within integrated, multi-organization teams.
• Prior experience within client organizations or through co-location assignments is a plus.

• دمج مبادئ الاستدامة في جميع المشاريع، مع التركيز على كفاءة الطاقة وتقليل البصمة الكربونية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة معترف بها في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة.
• خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 15 عامًا، منها 10 سنوات في صناعة الطيران.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في العمل بالموقع، ويفضل في مشاريع البنية التحتية للطيران.

2- مدير تجاري أول (Senior Commercial Manager)

المهام والمتطلبات:

• إدارة مجموعة من المشاريع الكبيرة وضمان الامتثال للميزانيات المحددة.
• الإشراف على فرق العمل لضمان فهم الأدوار والمسؤوليات بوضوح.
• مراقبة الأداء وإدارة فرق العمل لضمان تحقيق الأهداف.
• تحصيل المستحقات المالية في الوقت المحدد وفقًا لشروط العقود.
• مراجعة المطالبات المقدمة من المقاولين والتأكد من حماية مصالح العملاء.
• توفير استراتيجيات الشراء للمشاريع لضمان الكفاءة والجودة.
• تقديم تقارير مالية وتجارية شاملة لضمان الامتثال للمعايير المهنية.
• تمثيل العملاء في إجراءات تسوية النزاعات والتحكيم.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• معرفة جيدة بمجموعة عقود FIDIC.
• خبرة في تقديم الاستشارات حول التكلفة والقيمة وإدارة المخاطر.
• مهارات قوية في التحليل العددي والتواصل الكتابي والشفهي.
• خبرة في العمل ضمن فرق متكاملة ومتعددة التخصصات.
• خبرة سابقة في العمل داخل منظمات العملاء أو من خلال التواجد المشترك.
