Bodyshop Controller

Location: Qatar
- Plan and distribute workshop loads to staff in the workshop according to Technicians/Electricians skill levels.
- Set priorities for the day-to-day workshop load and ensure timely delivery of vehicles adhering to the appointment system.
- Maintain the Job Control sheet and Job timing.
- Manage liaison between workshop and bodyshop reception on customer vehicle progress.
- Maintain the workshop loading system in a timely, up-to-date, and accurate manner.
- Prepare productivity and efficiency reports and submit them to management for review, recommending actions to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare repair estimates and coordinate with Service Advisors for customer approval.
- Supervise the maintenance of workshop tools and sundries.
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and good communication skills in English.
- Maintain good interpersonal relationships with staff and provide excellent customer service.

Workshop Manager

- Assist in maintaining work procedures for workshop technicians/mechanics.
- Ensure timely completion of jobs as per quality standards and manufacturer service processes.
- Create and maintain good working relationships with other departments.
- Interact with the parts department for any critical and special requirements.
- Provide proper guidelines for diagnosing procedures to avoid comeback jobs.
- Lead the workshop team effectively, motivating and developing team members' skills and experience.
- Ensure proper handling of certain parts to minimize damage resulting from poor performance.
- Monitor costs, timescales, and resources used to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in meetings with the General Manager and department heads to discuss operational issues and concerns.

- إنشاء والحفاظ على علاقات عمل جيدة مع الأقسام الأخرى.
