MEP Project Manager (Electrical)
- Fully in charge of an Electro/Mechanical Project.
- Ensure successful achievement of project mission statement and goals, managing all day-to-day activities.
- Coordinate with various departments regarding all project-related matters.
- Ensure project completion within budget and on time.
- Plan and schedule major project activities to meet deadlines.
- Manage all contractual issues related to the project.
- Oversee and execute all project-related activities under JEM Management instructions.
- Determine project requirements (technical and general).
- Ensure timely submission and approval of project documentation (samples, shop drawings, design details, work procedures, method statements, schedules, etc.).
- Obtain necessary approvals and clearances from statutory authorities.
- Schedule and plan project activities in coordination with the Planning Engineer.
- Communicate all project instructions from clients, engineers, and main contractors to the team.
- Attend project meetings and report back to the Division Manager.
- Assign tasks to project resources and evaluate material, machinery, and manpower needs.
- Plan and mobilize resources for project execution.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 10+ years in project management.
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills.
Additional Preferences: Immediate joining with NOC preferred, Qatar Driving License preferred, UPDA and QCDD preferred.
Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: QAR 8,000 - QAR 10,000 per month.
ELV Project Manager
- Manage the planning, design, and execution of ELV and BMS projects.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and teams to meet project requirements.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
- Troubleshoot project-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest ELV technologies and trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in ELV/BMS project management.
- Proven track record in handling large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of ELV and BMS systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- تحديد متطلبات المشروع (الفنية والعامة).
- ضمان تقديم واعتماد جميع المستندات المتعلقة بالمشروع في الوقت المناسب (العينات، المخططات التنفيذية، تفاصيل التصميم، إجراءات العمل، بيانات الطرق، الجداول الزمنية، إلخ).
- الحصول على جميع الموافقات والتصاريح اللازمة من الجهات الرسمية حسب الحاجة.
- جدولة وتخطيط أنشطة المشروع بالتنسيق مع مهندس التخطيط.
- نقل جميع تعليمات المشروع من العميل أو المهندس أو المقاول الرئيسي للفريق.
- حضور اجتماعات المشروع وتقديم التقارير إلى مدير القسم.
- تعيين المهام لجميع موارد المشروع وتقييم الاحتياجات من المواد والمعدات والقوى العاملة.
- تخطيط وتنظيم الموارد لتنفيذ المشروع بنجاح.
التعليم: بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
الخبرة: أكثر من 10 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع.
المهارات: مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
المتطلبات الإضافية: الأفضلية للمتقدمين الجاهزين للانضمام فورًا مع NOC، يفضل وجود رخصة قيادة قطرية، يفضل الحصول على UPDA و QCDD.

- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونيات أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في إدارة مشاريع ELV/BMS.
- سجل حافل في إدارة المشاريع الكبيرة.
- فهم قوي لأنظمة ELV وBMS.
- مهارات تواصل وتنظيم وقيادة ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
