Tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage and process orders  through platforms such as  Snoonu and Talabat .
• Handling  incoming calls and responding to emails  in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction  by responding effectively, listening to their inquiries and resolving their issues efficiently.
•  Accurately record and maintain records of customer interactions and orders.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Familiarity with computer basics .
• Ability to  speak and write in Arabic and English .
• Strong communication skills and ability to deal with customers tactfully.
• Ability to  manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment .
• Previous customer service experience  is a plus but not required.
