Requirements
✔ Female candidate with fluency in Arabic and English
✔ Valid Qatar driving license
✔ Strong communication, organizational, and MS Office skills
✔ Self-motivated team player with a proactive mindset
✔ Preferred experience in telecommunication, oil & gas, or LENEL systems

Responsibilities
✔ Assist sales with business plans, proposals, and identifying new opportunities
✔ Plan, execute, and oversee projects within scope, budget, and timelines
✔ Coordinate with teams and act as the main point of client communication
✔ Support procurement, invoicing, and project report preparation

✔ رخصة قيادة قطرية سارية
✔ مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنظيم واستخدام برامج MS Office
✔ القدرة على العمل بروح الفريق واتخاذ المبادرة
✔ يفضّل خبرة في الاتصالات، النفط والغاز، أو أنظمة LENEL

المهام
✔ دعم قسم المبيعات في إعداد خطط العمل والمقترحات وتحديد الفرص الجديدة
✔ تخطيط المشاريع وتنفيذها والإشراف عليها ضمن النطاق والميزانية والجدول الزمني
✔ التنسيق مع الفرق المختلفة والعمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية مع العملاء
✔ دعم عمليات الشراء والفواتير وإعداد تقارير المشاريع
