Full Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Student Counselor (Female) to join our team at Berkeley Training & Educational Consultancy. If you are passionate about guiding students and helping them make informed decisions, we would love to hear from you!Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and understand customer needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information and explanations to students about our courses and services.
- Follow up with potential customers via phone calls, messages, emails, or meetings.
- Manage student contacts and update monthly sales sheets.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns to attract potential students.
- Respond promptly to leads generated through ads and campaigns.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
- Good command of English.
- Strong ability to convert potential leads into sales.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to reach out and engage with the target audience.

نبحث عن مستشارة طلابية (إناث فقط) للانضمام إلى فريقنا في Berkeley Training & Educational Consultancy. إذا كنتِ تمتلكين شغفًا بإرشاد الطلاب ومساعدتهم على اتخاذ قرارات مدروسة، فنحن نرغب في لقائكِ!
المهام الوظيفية:
- بناء علاقات قوية وفهم احتياجات وتفضيلات الطلاب.
- تقديم معلومات وتوضيحات مفصلة للطلاب حول دوراتنا وخدماتنا.
- متابعة العملاء المحتملين عبر المكالمات الهاتفية أو الرسائل أو البريد الإلكتروني أو الاجتماعات.
- إدارة بيانات الطلاب وتحديث تقارير المبيعات الشهرية.
- إنشاء وإدارة حملات تسويقية لجذب الطلاب المحتملين.
- الرد الفوري على العملاء المحتملين من خلال الإعلانات والحملات الترويجية.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء، ويفضل في قطاع التعليم.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
- القدرة على تحويل العملاء المحتملين إلى طلاب مسجلين.
- مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء.
- القدرة على الوصول إلى الفئات المستهدفة والتفاعل معها بفعالية.
