Key Responsibilities
Financial Management – Prepare and issue cheques accurately and on time, manage Kahramaa bill payments, and generate financial reports.
Property Administration – Maintain records of all government payments, leases, invoices, and tenant communications.
Maintenance Coordination – Oversee maintenance work to ensure timely service.
Compliance & Reporting – Ensure adherence to local real estate laws and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in real estate administration.
Basic accounting knowledge with financial reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & accounting software is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Must be locally available in Qatar & ready to join immediately.

المهام الوظيفية
الإدارة المالية – إعداد وصرف الشيكات، إدارة مدفوعات الكهرباء والماء (كهرماء)، وإعداد التقارير المالية.
إدارة العقارات – متابعة المدفوعات الحكومية، العقود، الفواتير، والتواصل مع المستأجرين.
تنسيق الصيانة – الإشراف على أعمال الصيانة لضمان الخدمة الفعالة.
الامتثال والتقارير – ضمان الالتزام بالقوانين العقارية المحلية وحفظ السجلات بدقة.
المتطلبات
خبرة 2-3 سنوات في الإدارة العقارية.
معرفة أساسية بالمحاسبة وإعداد التقارير المالية.
إجادة استخدام برامج MS Office والبرامج المحاسبية.
مهارات تنظيمية وقدرة على تعدد المهام.
يجب أن يكون المرشح متاحًا محليًا في قطر وجاهزًا للانضمام فورًا.
