Vendor Manager

Responsibilities:


• Coordinating with multiple vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth running of the Contracting 

process. 

• Manage vendor activities and maintain both new and existing vendor relationships. 

• Identify suitable vendors, negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices for products and services, and 

ensure that vendors fulfill their contractual obligations. 

• Responsible for high value & complex contracting & capital procurement of products & services

Develops contracts under supervision and ensures compliance with the procedures. 

• Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product 

quality. 

• Ensure that the enquiry/tender/contracts documentation is prepared in accordance with the approved 

contracting/tendering strategies. 

• Acts as a contact between the contractor and Company’s internal departments and is responsible for 

following the market development and to propose alternative sources of supply in addition to follow up 

with contractors and development of the supplier relationship. 

• Implementing vendor selection programs to ensure that the best vendors are selected. 



Qualifications:


Bachelors’ Degree in in relevant discipline. 

8+ years in vendor management & procurement 



Preferred Skills:


• Proven successful relevant experience in similar role, in IT related industry

• Advanced knowledge of contract law & solid legal knowledge. 

• Good negotiation abilities.

• التنسيق مع العديد من البائعين والأقسام الداخلية لضمان حسن سير عملية التعاقد 

عملية. 

• إدارة أنشطة البائعين والحفاظ على علاقات البائعين الجدد والحاليين. 

• تحديد البائعين المناسبين، والتفاوض معهم لتأمين أفضل الأسعار للمنتجات والخدمات، و 

التأكد من أن البائعين يوفون بالتزاماتهم التعاقدية. 

• المسؤول عن التعاقدات المعقدة وعالية القيمة وشراء رأس المال للمنتجات والخدمات

يقوم بإعداد العقود تحت الإشراف ويضمن الالتزام بالإجراءات. 

• إجراء بحث عن البائعين المتاحين لتحديد البائعين الذين يقدمون أفضل الأسعار والمنتج 

جودة. 

• التأكد من إعداد وثائق الاستفسار/العطاء/العقود وفقًا للموافقة عليها 

استراتيجيات التعاقد/العطاءات. 

• يعمل كجهة اتصال بين المقاول والأقسام الداخلية للشركة ويكون مسؤولاً عن 

متابعة تطور السوق واقتراح مصادر بديلة للتوريد بالإضافة إلى المتابعة 

مع المقاولين وتطوير العلاقة مع الموردين. 

• تنفيذ برامج اختيار البائعين لضمان اختيار أفضل البائعين. 



المؤهلات:


- درجة البكالوريوس في التخصص ذي الصلة. 

أكثر من 8 سنوات في إدارة البائعين والمشتريات 



المهارات المفضلة:


• خبرة ناجحة مثبتة في دور مماثل في صناعة ذات صلة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات

• معرفة متقدمة بقانون العقود والمعرفة القانونية الراسخة. 

• مهارات جيدة في التفاوض.
