BIM Modeler- HVAC
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed BIM models for HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment.
Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate HVAC designs into the overall BIM project model.
Work with Navisworks or similar tools for model review and conflict resolution.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of HVAC models and associated documentation.
Annotate and dimension details on drawings as per company standards
Manage Revit families and parametric components for electrical elements.
Assist with model-based quantity take-offs (QTOs) and material estimation.
Ensure models comply with project standards, industry codes, and company BIM protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
* * Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
*Must have BIM 360 LICENSE and experience in Revit 2020, AutoCAD 2019.
