Job Description:

• Review project blueprints, specifications, and proposals to determine scope and requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead expenses.
• Obtain and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
• Identify potential risks and develop cost-saving strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to refine estimates.
• Maintain accurate records of past projects to improve future estimating accuracy.
• Present and justify cost estimates to clients, stakeholders, or senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends, material costs, and construction regulations.

وصف الوظيفة:

• مراجعة المخططات الهندسية والمواصفات والعروض لتحديد نطاق ومتطلبات المشروع.
• إعداد تقديرات تفصيلية للتكاليف، تشمل المواد، العمالة، المعدات، والنفقات العامة.
• الحصول على عروض الأسعار من الموردين والمقاولين الفرعيين وتحليلها لضمان تسعير تنافسي.
• تحديد المخاطر المحتملة ووضع استراتيجيات لتوفير التكاليف.
• التعاون مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين والعملاء لتحسين التقديرات.
• الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للمشاريع السابقة لتحسين دقة التقديرات المستقبلية.
• تقديم التقديرات والمبررات إلى العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة أو الإدارة العليا.
• مواكبة اتجاهات الصناعة وتكاليف المواد ولوائح البناء.
