Key Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site civil labor, subcontractors, and field staff, ensuring adherence to budget and performance standards.
- Ensure work is carried out efficiently and in compliance with design drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.
- Assist the Construction Manager in site-related activities as required.
- Oversee construction efforts to ensure alignment with project design, budget, and schedule while coordinating civil work activities.
- Plan construction procedures based on project timelines, staffing needs, available tools, and building methods.
- Monitor and report on project progress, material usage, and costs, making schedule adjustments as needed.
- Oversee the procurement of tools and materials to align with work schedules.
- Identify labor requirements and develop a strong civil team.
- Ensure subordinates are well-versed in specifications and work procedures.
- Plan required activities to ensure the availability of design drawings, tools, equipment, and materials.
- Execute work in compliance with plans, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.

- التأكد من تنفيذ العمل بكفاءة ووفقًا للتصاميم والمواصفات والمعايير المعتمدة.
- دعم مدير الإنشاءات في جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالموقع حسب الحاجة.
- الإشراف على تنفيذ أعمال البناء لضمان التوافق مع التصميم والميزانية والجدول الزمني مع تنسيق أنشطة العمل المدني.
- تخطيط إجراءات البناء بناءً على الجداول الزمنية ومتطلبات التوظيف والأدوات المتاحة وطرق البناء المختلفة.
- مراقبة التقدم في المشروع والمواد المستخدمة والتكاليف، وإجراء التعديلات اللازمة في الجداول الزمنية.
- إدارة توريد الأدوات والمواد لضمان توفرها وفقًا لجدول العمل.
- تحديد احتياجات العمالة وبناء فريق مدني قوي.
- ضمان إلمام الفريق بـ المواصفات وإجراءات العمل.
- التخطيط لضمان توفر التصاميم والأدوات والمعدات والمواد قبل بدء العمل.
- تنفيذ العمل وفقًا لـ المواصفات والجداول الزمنية والتقديرات المالية.
