We are currently looking IT Change Manager for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Mandatory Qualifications:


 Strong knowledge of ITIL and Change Management best practices. 
 Experience in IT Service Management roles with a focus on Change Management. 
 Proficiency in top IT Service Management systems such as Ivanti, ServiceNow, IBM, and BMC. 

Preferred Qualifications:


 Knowledge of ISO 20000 standards. 
 Experience in the banking industry. 
 Hands-on experience with Ivanti IT Service Management system.
