Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester with 6+ years of expertise in Selenium and Automation Testing to join our team in Qatar. You will play a critical role in ensuring that functional and non-functional requirements are fully covered and that our software products meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and reporting on test cycles, as well as leading the testing team through each phase of the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the testing team to prepare, plan, and execute test cycles for automation.
• Create test scenarios, test cases, test data, and defect reports ensuring thorough coverage.
• Utilize testing methodologies, processes, tools, and techniques to ensure quality testing.
• Report defects clearly with detailed explanations of test cases and scenarios for development teams.
• Provide support in defect analysis, including assisting in root cause identification and clarifications on data used in testing.
• Track and publish testing metrics, including defect counts, status, aging, and defect per module.
• Ensure 100% execution of functional and non-functional test cases, including UI/UX and cross-browser tests.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Automation Testing, particularly with Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and processes.
• Excellent skills in preparing testing artifacts and reporting.
• Experience in defect management and providing root cause analysis support.
• Familiarity with non-functional requirements (NFR) testing, such as UI/UX and cross-browser testing.
