Required jobs in Orion Group and their details:

1. Senior Process Architect

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Business Process Management, governance, and process modeling.
  • Proficiency in SAP Signavio (or equivalent BPM tools such as ARIS), SAP Cloud architecture, and ERP implementation methodologies.
  • Experience with SAP S4/HANA and working principles of SAP Business Process modules.
  • Strong knowledge of process modeling standards (BPMN 2.0), process mining, and change management.
  • Experience in programming or scripting (Python, JavaScript, Java, or SQL) is a plus.
  • Strong business process analytical skills, including Lean Six Sigma expertise.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

2. Site Logistics Officer

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science, High Diploma or relevant experience in logistics and/or administrative coordination in large scale projects.
  • Minimum three (3) to Five (5) years of Experience, specific involvement in personnel and vehicle coordination and administration. Additional relevant work experience may be substituted for technical education.
  • Robust administrative proven experience.
  • International experience, especially in Qatar or the Middle East, is preferred. Furthermore, ideally candidate will have experience working in RLIC and large scale projects.
  • Must hold a valid Qatar driving license.

3. Transportation & Installation Lead COMP2

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Marine, Naval, Mechanical or similar engineering degree
  • Medical fitness certificate and safety training for working offshore
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in offshore construction as methods and operations engineer or similar role, on installation of large fixed platforms including wet tow, dry transportation, mooring, floatover and heavy lifting (alternatively floating and semi-sub facilities i.e. FPSO, TLP, SPAR).

4. Jacket Lifting Supervisor

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering and construction
  • Following OPITO certifications mandatory:
  • LCP (LOLER Competent Person) / Lifting Supervisor
  • Banksman Slinger OPITO Level 3 or 4
  • Rigger OPITO Level 3 or 4

5. CSR - Topside Works

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Experience: Overall minimum 15 years’ experience. Out of which at least 10 years’ experience in the offshore oil & gas projects
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience as onsite construction manager for any brownfield modification works at Offshore O&G Platforms
  • Professional Experience in Engineering / interface and Project Management : Min 10 years
  • Experience of installation of telecom cabinets, cable trays, cable structural supports (hot works), Fibre Optic & Electrical cable laying, testing and commissioning of Fibre Optic Cables.
  • Familiar with Permit to Work System and take ownership of HSE during offshore construction works.
  • Available for technical missions worldwide,
  • Familiar with Total General Specifications is desirable
  • Language: Fluent English,
  • Computer literate

المؤهلات والخبرات الرئيسية:

  • بكالوريوس في الهندسة
  • الخبرة: خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 15 عامًا، منها 10 أعوام على الأقل في مشاريع النفط والغاز البحرية
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات كمدير إنشاءات في الموقع لأي أعمال تعديل في منصات النفط والغاز البحرية
  • الخبرة المهنية في الهندسة / الواجهة وإدارة المشاريع: 10 سنوات على الأقل
  • خبرة في تركيب خزائن الاتصالات وصواني الكابلات ودعم الهياكل الكابلية (الأعمال الساخنة) ومد كابلات الألياف الضوئية والكهربائية واختبارها وتشغيل كابلات الألياف الضوئية.
  • معرفة بنظام تصريح العمل والسيطرة على الصحة والسلامة والبيئة أثناء أعمال البناء البحرية.
  • متاح للمهام الفنية في جميع أنحاء العالم،
  • من المرغوب فيه أن يكون على دراية بالمواصفات العامة الشاملة
  • اللغة: اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة،
  • متمكن من استخدام الحاسوب
